Client
The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority (Port of Vancouver) is the federal agency responsible for the shared stewardship of Canada's largest and most diversified port. Its mandate involves enabling trade, protecting the environment, and engaging local communities across 16 municipalities and numerous First Nation territories.
Goal & challenge
To design and produce a major public policy document that effectively integrates complex technical maps and geographical data alongside dense text. 
The design had to be meticulously authoritative and neutral to satisfy diverse stakeholders, while ensuring the document (print and digital) was highly navigable and the maps were clear and accessible to the general public.
