IUOE Local 115 (International Union of Operating Engineers) is a major union representing over 14,000 skilled operating engineers and workers across British Columbia and Yukon, focused on providing comprehensive training, strong worker protection, and essential member benefits.
Goal & challenge
To create an inspirational, "cool club" aesthetic using bold, dark backgrounds, metal textures, and angled layouts to resonate with union members and attract new talent.
The design had to ensure a seamless experience across four key user groups (Recruitment team, members, retirees, contractors), focusing on clear pathways for new member sign-ups, job applications, pension plans, newsletter subscriptions, and critical member information.
